Single frame welded construction ensuring smooth transition between conveyors. Top and bottom film cradles accommodating a total of four 14" diameter rolls of film. Tool-less film supply roll core chucks. Power driven pinch roller film feed controlled by low inertia film dancers with fast, straight through quick threading feature. Air control system with filter-regulator, lubricator and plug-in pneumatic valves. Central lubrication manifold with nylon tubing connected to all critical fixed lubrication points. Solid-state relay for film sealing temperature control. Resistive type heating elements. Quick-change single-element seal bar with military-type quick disconnect and replaceable plasma coated inserts. Bottom mounted seal bar for operator safety. High capacity, progressive damping absorbers on seal frame. Seal bar obstruction sensor. Enclosure around sealing zone with interlocked switches. High efficiency heavy duty shrink tunnel with Intralox series 900 flush grid belt. ARPAC designed coil heating elements contact more airspace for greater efficiency. Quick-change tunnel heater assembly in pull-out drawer. Outside controls for air flow direction and volume. Turbo cooling section to cool product and speed film curing. Power: 460 Volt, 3Ø, 60 Hz, 32 FLA. Minimum air supply: 5 cfm at 80 psi. Maximum film size: 17". Maximum package: 13"L x 7"W x 6"H. Does not have registered film capability.  Allen-Bradley SLC 5/03 CPU, (1)Powerflex 40 VFD. Infeed conveyor not included. Previously was running following packages: 4-3/16"wide x 1-5/8"deep x 2-3/4"tall proMotion Shrink Bundler, duct in 3x1x1(4-3/16"wide x 4-7/8"deep x 2-3/4"tall) configuration at 20 bundle/min and in 6x1x1 (4-3/16"wide x 9-3/4"deep x 2-3/4"tall) configuration at 10 bundle/min. Also, ran 5-3/16"wide x 1-3/16"deep x 2-3/4"tall product in 3x1x1 at 20 bundle/min and in 6x1x1 at 10 bundle/min.
