RA PEARSON Case Sealer – Hot Melt Glue

The Pearson Model N401 Adjustable Top Sealer is designed for extremes. Ruggedly constructed and built to last, the fully automatic continuous motion top sealer will produce a consistent square seal on a variety of case styles at speeds of 50 - 80* cases per minute, depending on case length. Pearson's time tested N401 design stands up in the most demanding production environments. Built for speed and flexibility, the N401 Top Sealer is simple to changeover. Box size adjustments on the N401 are fast and easy with hand cranks and quick adjust handle options. All that and a very smart design to ensure safe and simple machine operation for your personnel.Erected/Filled cases enter the N401 on a high speed, continuous motion belt. The minor flaps are kicked and plowed closed as the cases are transferred, then hot melt adhesive is applied and the major flaps are closed as the cases enter the compression section. Glued flaps are closed tightly and the cases are squared, utilizing a fixed powered overhead compression belt. (Tape closure systems are available.)Sealer is 10'-10" overall length x 3'-2" overall width. Sealer requires 15 amps at 460V and .046 scfm/case 60 psi air.Includes Nordson 2302 glue unit.
