Used Bag In Box Equipment
Bag in box (BiB) machines package powders, liquids, and pastes into bags contained in boxes or cases. Boxed wine is a common example of a bag in box package. Bag in box machines are popular because they are considered an inexpensive and environmentally friendly packaging option for manufacturers. There are three types of Bag in box packaging machines: Bag in Box Fillers – fill the product into the bag. The product’s viscosity determines what kind of filler is necessary to fill the product. Bag in box inserters – insert a bag into a box. Bags are either pre-formed or created by a roll of tubular film stock. Bag in box sealers – removes the bag from around the top of the box and seals the bag. There are many methods for sealing bags – tape is most common for powders and paste, and glue is most common for liquids.
