Flow Pasteurizer

The Hermis flow pasteurizer was designed for constant thermal processing of beverages including juice, wine, beer, kvass, and other drinks. The machine starts by rapidly heating the liquid to a predetermined temperature. The liquid is then held for a while, and then it is cooled. This thermal process reduces the number of microorganisms in the product and as a result increases its shelf life.

Control system is based on a Siemens S7 processor:

  • Automatic control system for output, pressure and pasteurization units

  • Automatic shutdown in emergency situations
  • Color touch panel
  • Ability to store and configure the previously defined parameters
  • Ability to transmit data and remote access via modem
  • Control of valves positions may be added as an optional extra



Semi-Automatic Controllers

Control system based on a PLC Siemens Logo controller:

  • Automatic maintenance of pasteurization temperature
  • Manual valve switching
  • Flow meter and frequency converter of product pump to control the output
  • Pressure relay
  • Pressure increase protection system
  • The optional addition is possible:Output monitoring and maintaining:
  • A flow meter and temperature recorder is available as an optional extra for output monitoring and maintenance.
