Fully automatic low level case palletizer. Includes a pallet magazine. The transfer table has a roller stripper plate which reduces friction, allowing case transfer without squeezing or shifting the contents and deforming the case. Capable up to 18 cases/minute depending  upon case size and pallet pattern. Case size range: 6"-19"(24"if a wheel is removed)L x 6"-16"W x 4"-16"H. Case infeed elevation: 38". Maximum pallet size: 48"x 44" with wide side leading. Pallet discharge elevation: 20". Quick Jr. Proface Panel HMI. Allen-Bradley SLC 5/02 CPU and 160 VFD. Air requirement: avg 3 scfm, 80 psi, 1/2 NPT. Electrical: 460V/3Ph/60H/30 amp service, 24 VDC control voltage. Overall footprint: 19'L x 9'-6"W(approx.). 72" maximum pallet height.
