- Used equipment
is offered 3 ways:
- As-is: Machine
offered as it was received by SMB, with no modifications. Small,
single piece machines can be powered up and evaluated at little to no
cost on a case by case basis.
- Production ready:
Equipment is assembled in the SMB shop, powered up and tested.
Any components – electrical and mechanical which require replacement
for operation or are observed to be near failure are replaced.
The machine is then tested and prepared for shipment.
- Full Rebuild:
Machine is returned to like new condition both mechanically and cosmetically.
Bearings, chains, sprockets, shafts, wearstrips are all evaluated and
tested. Electrical components are all tested and replaced as needed.
Machines are shipped with a 6 month mechanical and 30 day electrical
warranty.

- Machine setup and
modification
- SMB offers setup
and testing of used equipment for new packages and sizes. OEM’s
are utilized for change parts to guarantee the correct setup of your
machine.
- Electrical upgrades
and conversions: PLC upgrading, voltage conversions, rewire and
documentation services.
